This gorgeous blue silk chiffon caped dress was designed by Alberta Ferretti and offers sensational movement and elegance. The over dress has a cape-like appearance with a slight train and effortlessly flowing sleeves. The dress is lined and has a beautiful belt that is beaded with metal, faceted amber colored stones, and gold and blue beads. The belt goes around the dress and secures in front, allowing the cape to flow behind.

Ferretti is known for her draping techniques and this dress is a perfect example of her masterful skill in that area! Alberta Ferretti opened her first boutique in 1968, and joined the ranks of Italian fashion designers in early 1973. She is one of the co founders of Aeffe S.p.A., which is an Italian clothing manufacturer that makes many of the top designer brands, and a founder of Aeffe USA which also produces top designer brand clothing.
